A high-profile fund management firm in the city are looking to build their support team.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Hours 8:30-5 and 5 days a week in the office
  • Supporting Investment Management team and their clients
  • Liaising with dealers and brokers
  • Preparing correspondence and meeting reports
  • Using CRM software
  • Processing investor applications and coordinating investor processes, including KYC
  • Responding to client queries and attending meetings with clients
  • Managing multiple appointments within a shared diary
  • Keeping files up to date
  • Keeping up to date on compliance and regulation
  • Arranging events, lunches and meetings
  • Attending client and compliance briefings

  • Experience and an interest in financial services
  • Superb client facing skills
  • Confident communication skills
  • Hard-working attitude
  • Strong MS Office
