Our client, a dynamic privately owned business is looking for a receptionist to support their business for providing an elevated level of service in their newly refurbished offices in the West End.

In office Monday - Friday.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Acting as first point of contact and ambassador for the firm
  • Meeting and greeting clients and staff, issuing visitor passes and providing a highly personable and warm welcome
  • Managing conference room bookings, responding to meeting room requests and monitoring the diary of events
  • Preparing rooms for meetings including refreshments and connecting VC links
  • Ensuring that all client venue areas, spaces and meeting rooms are immaculate at all times
  • Managing the main switchboard, redirecting calls and taking accurate messages
  • Booking cars, catering, restaurants and couriers as required
  • Managing post distribution and checking inventory of supplies
  • Providing support to the Office Manager with office operations such as supplier management and subscriptions
  • Organising Health & Safety and Fire Safety calendars, assessments and testing
  • Supporting the Principals with ad hoc errands
  • Assisting with events and ad-hoc administrative requests

The skills you need to bring:

  • Previous experience working front of house in a professional environment
  • A genuine desire to be ‘of service’ to everyone you come into contact with
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, understanding the need for discretion
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Happy working in-office every day
