An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Assistant to work for a leading Global Investment bank in the City. This role is busy and demanding and as such the successful candidate will require previous senior experience, be a hard working team player and sustain a resilient and flexible approach to work.
This is a rare opportunity to join a leading and prestigious Private Investment Firm at management level in a newly created and exciting role. Based in the London office in the heart of Mayfair, you will have the responsibility for leading, managing and developing the Administrative team of Executive Assistants across 2 offices. Reporting to the HR Director, you will be a key member of the management team and will have extensive interaction with Group Heads throughout the firm. This role will be 80% allocation e.g. could be a 4 day per week role.
