A fabulous opportunity for an individual to be the EA to the Global Head of an Investment Bank in Paris. You will be bilingual in French and English and have worked in the financial services industry. This position is very high profile. As EA and total right hand you will be working in the Executive Office, assisting with business, financial and personal support. This role requires total trust and exceptional organisational skills, diplomacy, confidence and dedication.
Working 1:1, you will be responsible for coordinating an extraordinarily busy executive and their office; arranging complex itineraries and working as a real ‘right-hand’ to this senior figure within the Investment Bank. You will need to be assertive and utterly professional, this role requires a quick wit and a calm approach.
The primary function is to support the Managing Partner and further support the team in London
