For me, a typical day at Aldrich & Co involves connecting with a variety of people at all levels, building relationships and identifying business opportunities and high-calibre candidates.

Before Aldrich & Co, I graduated in foreign languages. I started out in multilingual recruitment before coming to the City in 2000. Since then, I’ve specialised in placing executive and personal assistants in financial services.

The thing I love most about my job is people! Relationship-building, helping people with a pivotal part of their life: their career!

In a CV, I’m looking for longevity, lack of repetition, sector specialism and, ideally, a good level of education.

When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me attending Barrecore classes, going to the cinema, travelling to Italy and doing crosswords.
