For me, a typical day at Aldrich & Co involves working with a great team, speaking with and interviewing a wide variety of candidates, and making meaningful introductions to the top firms hiring events, marketing and communications professionals.
Before Aldrich & Co, I led high performing teams in event management, communications and operations across sectors including finance, healthcare and charity in the UK, Europe and the US.
The thing I love most about my job is taking the time to get to understand what really motivates my candidates, what my clients are truly looking for, and hearing back about success stories that have resulted from a placement.
In a CV, I’m looking for the essence of a candidate – what makes them stand out from every other candidate with similar experience.
When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me popping into a Barrecore class for my much loved workout, listening to a tennis podcast to keep up with my favourite sport, enjoying a movie, play, live music or just a simple walk with friends.
