For me, a typical day at Aldrich & Co involves building relationships with clients and candidates. I’m passionate about identifying the right opportunities for our candidates and introducing them to our outstanding clients

Before Aldrich & Co, I worked for four years in Early Careers Recruitment at a financial services firm in Sydney, Australia where I specialised in hiring for the investment banking, asset management, and accounting teams. I loved building resilient and diverse teams from the ground up and I am very excited to recruit exceptional candidates for Aldrich and Co’s dynamic clients. I’ve also previously worked as a ski instructor and a library assistant!

In a CV, I’m looking for a CV that really “sells” the candidate and highlights their achievements. Also, attention to detail is key!

When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me travelling around Europe and exploring my new home city, London.
