For me, a typical day at Aldrich & Co involves checking in with the office if I’m working from home, screening, redirecting overnight ad responses, liaising with all consultants, training, copywriting and working on management projects.

Before Aldrich & Co, I was back-packing round the world after finishing university. I met with Emily when I returned, she offered me a job and we’ve worked together ever since.

The thing I love most about my job is seeing the journey of each person we successfully place. And beyond that, witnessing the career development of returning candidates.

In a CV, I’m looking for clarity.

When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me walking my cockapoo, training for a new physical challenge, enjoying city breaks, or watching football matches in all weathers!
