For me, a typical day at Aldrich & Co involves screening CVs, liaising with candidates and clients, maintaining records and helping the recruitment process run smoothly from start to end.

Before Aldrich & Co, I graduated with a degree in Human Geography, worked for a transcription company and volunteered with charities tackling food insecurity and waste.

The thing I love most about my job is that we take the time to discover exactly what our candidates and clients are looking for and find the perfect match.

In a CV, I’m looking for accurate spelling and grammar, clear formatting, achievements and longevity.

When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me cooking for family and friends, enjoying live music or travelling.
