For me, a typical day at Aldrich & Co involves driving the strategic direction of the business, whether that’s team development, deep dives into candidate searches, meeting clients and candidates and ensuring that Aldrich & Co is ahead of the game.

Before Aldrich & Co, I set up and ran the banking division for another recruitment business, leaving to found Aldrich & Co in 1994.

The thing I love most about my job is connecting our valued clients with fantastic candidates. It’s incredibly rewarding to help our clients build brilliant teams, strengthen their businesses and our candidates build their careers.

In a CV, I’m looking for attention to detail and clarity.

When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me planning action packed adventures, cycling and skiing. I also support a number of charities, with a particular focus on helping young people get into work. I’m an active Liveryman with The Worshipful Company of Masons.
