For me, a typical day at Aldrich & Co involves making sure our systems and processes are executed seamlessly and to the highest standard, being an approachable and friendly first point of contact for candidates and clients, and supporting our consultants in finding our candidates their perfect roles

Before Aldrich & Co, I graduated with a BA in English and then went on to complete an MSc in Gender Studies, working various part-time jobs alongside my studies

The thing I love most about my job is getting to work with our excellent candidates as part of a dedicated and hard-working team

In a CV, I’m looking for clear and concise use of language and excellent spelling and grammar, as well as detail that is relevant to the role the candidate is applying for

When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me spending time with my friends and family, taking long walks in parks or in the countryside and cooking delicious vegetarian food (if I do say so myself!)
