For me, a typical day at Aldrich & Co involves fast pace – from connecting with candidates and reviewing CVs to coordinating interviews and helping clients find their perfect fit. I love seeing people land roles they’re excited about!

Before Aldrich & Co, I moved to London from my native Holland in my early twenties and began my career as a PA on the trading floor in investment banking. My temps came through Aldrich & Co, and I eventually approached Emily, eager to work with her. After taking time out to get married, have children, and spend a brief stint back in Holland, I’m thrilled to be back in London, working again with the wonderful Aldrich team.

The thing I love most about my job is connecting with people—I'm a real people person! I enjoy getting to know someone from the moment they walk through the door and then matching them with the perfect role. Watching them thrive and love their job is so rewarding.

In a CV, I’m looking for something that makes a candidate stand out - qualities that make them unique, exceptional, and a perfect fit for our excellent client base.

When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me either at the gym at 6am (I know!) or out walking my two sausage dogs. We love to entertain as a family too, so dinner parties and BBQs (when the sun’s out!) are a regular thing for us.
