For me, a typical day at Aldrich & Co involves providing strategic and financial guidance, developing policies and procedures, contract management, overseeing audits and board meetings, HR and legal, as well as talking to clients and candidates every day.

Before Aldrich & Co, I worked in corporate finance in Germany for two years just after the reunification, dealing with global company restructuring, mergers and acquisitions. After that, I ran a family office for a high-net-worth individual, looking after their investments: financial; real estate; a forestry estate in Scotland; and a herd of Highland cattle.  

The thing I love most about my job is that every day is different. It’s a very social yet professional atmosphere to be working in and the team are truly collaborative. Alongside the day-to-day administration, there’s always an interesting person to speak with, or a new piece of regulation that we need to address.

When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me sailing, walking, meeting up with friends and family and on the stage with my village performing arts group and choir.
