Chief Financial Officer

For me, a typical day at Aldrich & Co involves providing strategic and financial guidance, developing policies and procedures, contract management, overseeing audits and board meetings, HR and legal, as well as talking to clients and candidates every day.

Before Aldrich & Co, I worked in corporate finance in Germany for two years just after the reunification, dealing with global company restructuring, mergers and acquisitions. After that, I ran a family office for a high-net-worth individual, looking after their investments: financial; real estate; a forestry estate in Scotland; and a herd of Highland cattle, before joining the Aldrich team in 2016.  

The thing I love most about my job is that every day is different. It’s a social yet professional atmosphere to be working in and the team are truly collaborative. Alongside the day-to-day administration, there’s always an interesting person to speak with, or a new piece of regulation that we need to address.

When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me walking the dog, meeting up with friends and family and treading the boards with a local performing arts group and choir.
