Before Aldrich & Co, I set up my own company supporting FTSE 100 companies with investor communications around corporate sustainability goals. Prior to this I had a 20 year career in Investment Banking

When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends, volunteering at a dog rescue, watching my son play rugby, walking Mrs O (my dachshund) and reading a good book
