What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Lots of diary management, coordinating meetings and travel
• Liaising with overseas offices
• Creating reports, presentations and correspondence
• Liaising with internal and external contacts at all levels
• Organising lunches, dinners and conference calls
• Working alongside the other EA offering support to each other; covering reception between you

The skills you need to bring:

• Strong EA/PA experience from financial/professional services
• High attention to detail
• Adaptability
• A flexible attitude
• Advanced MS Office
• Strong communicator
