Our client is looking for a genuine team-player to coordinate their front of house as well as provide efficient travel/diary management for a busy team of Fund Managers (role is NOT based front of house)
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Organising European / UK travel arrangements
- Coordinating diaries, setting up meetings and VCs
- Logging expenses
- Acting as first point of contact and ambassador for the firm at all times
- Front of house and meeting room management
- Managing office supplies
- Assisting Office Manager with ad hoc projects
- Handling inbound and outbound post, couriers and taxis
The skills you need to bring:
- Previous experience of booking overseas travel and updating calendars advantageous
- Previous Front of House experience essential
- Keen attention to detail essential
- Confident and proactive approach
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proactive team player skills
