A leading Investment Manager is looking for a self-motivated individual to join a high performing team to set out and drive the digital marketing strategy and to support the Head of Marketing & Communications in delivering wider marketing activities for the UK and International business.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Managing and supporting the professional development of the digital marketing team
  • Working directly with the Head of Marketing and the digital team to execute the digital marketing strategy and campaigns, to include:
    • Digital content creation and optimisation
    • Website management (content and technical)
    • Lead generation through digital channels
    • Search strategy (pay per click and search engine optimisation)
    • Email marketing strategy
    • Campaign planning, management and reporting
    • Social media strategy (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
    • Paid advertising
  • Senior stakeholder education and management across UK and International jurisdictions to raise the profile and understanding of digital marketing
  • Leading on brand awareness campaign – ideation, execution and reporting
  • Ensuring digital marketing activities are in line and supporting wider business objectives
  • Budget management and tracking
  • Tracking marketing performance and return on investment, reporting to senior management
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, both internally and externally, ensuring adherence to the firm-wide brand guidelines
  • Ensuring all materials and activities are ‘on brand’, ‘on brief’, client-centric and fully compliant
  • Working with business owners across onshore and offshore jurisdictions and across services to ensure marketing activity is relevant

The skills you need to bring:

  • 10+ years’ digital marketing experience, including 5+ years in Financial Services / Significant experience in digital marketing and preferably financial services
  • Significant experience in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives
  • Experience in maintaining healthy and high performing website(s)
  • Ability to manage outsourced marketing activities with third party agencies e.g. search, creative, development, studio and media partners
  • Some experience of line management and people development
  • Confidence communicating and presenting to senior management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting/proof reading and very high attention to detail
  • Team player, with ability to motivate and inspire strong work ethic within the team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with:
    • Email distribution systems (ideally dotdigital or similar)
    • Website and CMS management (ideally episerver)
    • Google suite (SEO and PPC)
    • Analytics (Google analytics)
    • Previous experience with CMS, CRM and html beneficial
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills and the ability to deliver at pace
  • A proactive and accountable approach to work; collaborative with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Degree or diploma in marketing (or equivalent)
