Are you a dynamic and analytical graduate with 3+ years’ experience in the investment industry, particularly Fund Management?

Do you have CFA level 3?

Are you a strong communicator with excellent written work, as well as the confidence to make decisions and give advice?

Do you have strong research skills, including an up to date knowledge of markets, asset classes and stocks/funds?

The role will involve:

  •  Work with the team to develop and manage a consistent approach to external funds by researching existing and generating new ideas, and to provide support to the investment network 
  • Run sustainable and ESG research processes
  • Maintain fund rationales
  • Ensure that portfolios hold the most appropriate share/unit classes
  • Assist with onboarding of new clients and portfolios
  • Build and maintain existing relationships and the development of new relationships for the firm
  • Keep up to date with market & investment information and maintain a working knowledge of relevant professional developments
  • Ensure that the FCA’s Consumer Duty requirements are embedded within the fund selection process

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience of working in Fund Management, ideally Collectives
  • An excellent academic record – graduate or above
  • CFA Level 3
  • Up to date knowledge of markets, asset classes, and stocks/funds
  • Evidence of performance positive track record in contributing to the selection of collective investments
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working flexibly in a small team in a high pressure, fast-moving environment
  • Strong professional, interpersonal skills to be deal with management, clients, and investors
  • High levels of attention to detail and organisational skills
