Private PA to CEO

Do you have experience providing Private and Business PA support to a busy CEO/UHNW individual, including property management?
Are you a confident communicator with exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels?
Are you solution-focused with strong emotional intelligence, energy, motivation and an air of professional calm?
Our client, a long-established, forward thinking global firm, is looking for a private PA to support the CEO across all aspects of their private life, as well as supporting the EA with diary and travel management for C-suite executives.
You can expect to be in the office approx. 4 days per week and you will need to have a flexible approach when the CEO is operating in different time zones.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Personal diary and email management
- Personal travel research and bookings
- Personal and household administration
- Property management of two private residences
- Liaison with management company of London rental properties
- Booking personal appointments, restaurants, etc
- Liaison with personal contacts from accountants to family members
- Supporting with family matters, such as school, medical, events
- Managing filing system for physical and digital records
- Running professional and personal errands as needed
- Supporting the EA including diary management and travel bookings for C-Suite
- Admin such as printing, binding, expenses, organising catering for lunches
- Support with ad hoc events
- Reception cover at lunch time
The skills you need to bring:
- Experience of providing private and business PA support to a CEO/UHNW
- Professional approach, organised and efficient with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong communication skills, including excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to remain unfazed in high-pressure situations
- High level of diplomacy and discretion
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office, Zoom and Slack
