Do you have at least 5 years’ experience providing Private PA and lifestyle support to a high-profile, dynamic individual on a 1-1 basis?

Are you a proactive self-starter who’s always one step ahead with a no job too small approach?

Can you manage multiple requirements, turning information into deliverables while overcoming obstacles?

Are you solution-focused with strong emotional intelligence, great energy, motivation and an air of professional calm?

Are you based within an easy commute of Henley and do you have a UK driving licence?

Our client is looking for a logical and operational mastermind to help ensure the smooth running of their lifestyle, private life and personal projects.  You’ll be working alongside a top-performing team in a friendly and supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Managing and maintaining the principal’s schedules and appointments and diary
  • Coordinating frequent and often last-minute travel arrangements, visas, and itineraries
  • Handling some of the principal’s correspondence
  • Managing personal shopping and gifting
  • Planning and organising events
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as filing, printing, preparing and editing documents etc.
  • Liaising with several third-party stakeholders
  • Attending high-level meetings, taking minutes and following up on tasks
  • Coordinating with multiple offices
  • Involvement in a variety of ongoing projects
  • Running professional and personal errands as needed

The skills and attributes you need to bring:

  • 5 years’+ providing high-level support to a UHNWI, ideally in a family office, private household, or aboard private yachts
  • Highly professional and well presented
  • Excellent diary management skills and the ability to handle a constantly changing schedule
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Adaptable with the ability to remain unfazed by changing plans
  • A team player with a positive can-do attitude
  • A committed and dedicated approach, maintaining the utmost privacy
  • Reliable, honest and trustworthy manner
  • Confident driver with UK driving licence
  • Proximity to Henley and ability to work on-site every day
  • Flexibility to travel overseas a few times per year
  • Excellent checkable references
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
