If so, we’d love to hear from you! Our client is looking for a solutions-driven PA Manager to motivate and manage a growing team of high-calibre PAs.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Day to day management of the PA team
- Building strong relationships with every member of the PA team
- Liaising daily with Head of Operations and HR on team strategy, innovation, training and development
- Allocating PA support to all new Investment teams
- Working closely with HR and senior stakeholders to bring the best talent to the PA team
- Interviewing and liaising with HR and business leaders
- Coordinating the onboarding process for all new joiners
- Working closely with HR and PA team to deliver training requirements
- Holding regular PA meetings to understand workloads and projects
- Leading PA meetings, team events and presentations
- Monitoring all elements of the PA process life cycle
- Actively working on conflict-resolution with HR and senior stakeholders
- Continually monitoring the PA day-to-day workload
- Identifying areas for improvement
- Contributing to annual reviews for all London PAs
The skills you need to bring:
- Proven extensive experience of managing a full PA team from a Financial/Professional Services firm
- Evidence of leadership, people management and people development
- High levels of self-motivation and autonomy
