A boutique City Law firm is looking for an Office Manager/PA to keep their office running smoothly (Mon-Fri in office role).

If you enjoy being a central figure in a busy office and enjoy a close-knit working environment then we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Assisting Partner with global diary management and overseas travel/visas arrangements
  • Acting as first point of contact for all external communications
  • Arranging corporate entertainment and social events
  • Managing all IT matters within the office, as advised by IT service provider
  • Creating new systems and records
  • Developing strong supplier relationships
  • Keeping company website up to date
  • Maintaining service contracts, always seeking best terms
  • Using initiative for making improvements when appropriate

The skills you need to bring:

  • Previous Office Management experience, ideally within a Legal or Corporate environment
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Proactive self-starter with ability to take ownership
  • Professional approach
  • True desire to keep things running smoothly
