Are you a bright, curious and highly organised individual looking to build your career in financial services?
Do you have a flair for marketing, an interest in technology and a genuine enthusiasm for making things happen?
Would you enjoy a varied role where you can take real ownership, work closely with senior management and develop your skills across several areas of a growing business?
If you're a graduate or early-career professional with excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, can-do approach, we'd love to hear from you!
An award-winning boutique investment business is looking for a proactive Marketing & Operations Coordinator to join its small, experienced and collaborative team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across marketing, operations, events and business systems, with exposure to the investment industry and real responsibility from day one. You'll be involved in everything from digital marketing and social media to investor events, CRM management and improving internal processes. No two days will be the same, and there's plenty of scope to learn, develop and make the role your own!
What you'll be doing day-to-day:
- Planning, scheduling and publishing social media content, particularly LinkedIn
- Managing website content, ensuring everything is accurate, up to date and on brand
- Coordinating marketing materials, investor communications, factsheets and video content
- Supporting the organisation of investor events and roadshows, from planning through to delivery
- Working closely with the sales team and external creative agencies
- Tracking website and social media performance and reporting on results
- Managing and maintaining the Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate data and supporting marketing campaigns
- Coordinating the internal approval process for marketing materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Helping to manage and improve automated workflows and business systems
- Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the office and liaising with suppliers
- Providing ad hoc administrative and project support to the senior management team
The skills you need to bring:
- Graduate calibre or relevant professional experience, with a strong academic or career track record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- A genuine interest in marketing, technology and digital communications
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Confidence with IT systems and enthusiasm for learning new tools, including CRM and automation platforms
- A proactive, resourceful and self-motivated approach
- A professional, personable manner and confidence dealing with colleagues, clients and suppliers
- A collaborative team-player mentality, with the initiative to work independently
- An interest in financial markets or investment management would be an advantage
