Are you an experienced HR Manager with a strong track record as a generalist?

Do you have employee relations experience and knowledge of employee legislation and best practice?

Are you naturally confident and assured while also approachable?

A real estate private equity firm has an exciting opportunity for a business facing HR Manager to join their growing London office.

The culture is boutique and family office in style but the reach is much wider as they are part of a global group.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Providing full HR support to employees and working as part of a wider Finance and Operations team
  • Working closely with hiring managers to manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Managing annual and semi-annual review process
  • Overseeing the on-boarding and exit process of all new starters and leavers
  • Proactively head-hunting strong talent for the company
  • Working with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relation issues
  • Conducting 1 to 1 interviews and providing updates to management
  • Ensuring the company HR policies and procedures are updated and adhered to
  • Keeping up to date with employment law and making sure the company works within the guidelines
  • Working on Pan-European HR projects and incentive schemes

The skills you need to bring:

  • Previous experience working within a business facing HR Manager role is essential
  • Experience of Employee Relations
  • Ideally current knowledge of employee legislation and best practice
  • Experience of working in change intensive environments
  • Good project management skills
  • Private equity or professional services organisation experience (preferred)
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent IT skills HR databases
