Are you a recent graduate, with 1 years’+ experience and a keen interest in marketing, AI, Tech?

Do you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail?

Are you ready and confident about hitting the ground running on a major project?

This project requires creating exceptional written communications to clients and lead on a new project involving AI, Salesforce and HubSpot.

The firm are a leading tech platform in the City - young, dynamic and entrepreneurial.  They need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment whilst collaborating to achieve a shared goal.

 What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Reporting into the CMO & Global Campaigns Lead
  • Writing exceptional communications; sharp, polished, adapting tone for senior execs/board directors
  • Consistently sending out high-quality AI-assisted email cadences
  • Using editorial judgement: taking first-draft AI copy and quickly refining into credible, personalised outreach
  • Using your highly organised project management skills, dealing with multiple outreach threads and QA every send
  • Using tech skills - comfortable with CRM - Salesforce/HubSpot and open to using AI/LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT)
  • Using commercial mindset: you will understand the end goal is pipeline and meetings booked, not just activity
  • Executing fast and thriving in autonomy!

The skills you need to bring:

  • Self-starter approach, taking responsibility and getting things done without handholding
  • Confident and credible communicating skills - with C-suite/board-level prospects
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS environment - its fast, lean, results-oriented
  • Calm under pressure; can balance speed with accuracy
  • Collaborative but comfortable being the go-to person for this programme
