Our client is a cutting-edge VC firm looking for an impressive Graduate Assistant/PA to join the team in the Office of the CEO. You’ll be involved in everything from organising, researching, liaising, event planning and everything in between!

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Providing administrative support; particularly organising and booking meetings
  • Managing diaries; dealing with conflicts and busy schedules and organising travel
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders, building strong internal and external relationships
  • Event coordinating – planning and execution of corporate events
  • Working on ad-hoc projects including industry research
  • Developing commercial understanding and skills
  • Working on projects with guidance and support
  • Working closely with other members of the team, providing cover and support where necessary

The skills you need to bring:

  • A degree or similar with some experience in a corporate environment
  • A commercial mindset and a passion for learning as you work
  • A can-do attitude, problem solver and creative thinker
  • Strong IT skills
  • Super strong organisational skills, to enable multi-tasking in a high pressure environment
  • Natural and confident communication skills
  • An inquisitive mind – eager to learn and grow
