About the Role:

Join an award-winning third-party fund marketing and capital-raising firm, based in the West End - a boutique business with an impressive global client base of international fund managers and European institutional investors.

As a Fund Marketing & Sales Support Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role supporting both the Marketing and Sales Directors. From producing content and managing CRM systems to co-ordinating roadshows and analysing investor engagement, you'll be central to the team's operations. This is not just a job - it's a launchpad to a future client-facing sales role, with full training and support for professional qualifications along the way.

What You'll Do:

• Act as a key link between Sales and Marketing teams
• Prepare factsheets, media content and fund data summaries
• Coordinate investor communications and monthly newsletters
• Manage CRM systems and sales pipeline reports
• Support roadshow planning, logistics and investor follow-ups
• Liaise with global fund managers on material and events
• Manage the RFP and DDQ process
• Explore how tech and AI can enhance our marketing and sales functions

Who You Are:

• A recent graduate with some experience in finance (internship, placement or otherwise)
• Exceptionally motivated, eager to learn and proactive
• Tech-savvy and excited about applying tech including AI in finance
• A real team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Detail-orientated with strong communication and organisational skills
• Curious about financial markets and passionate about asset management
