A highly respected investment firm is looking for a genuine team-player to organise and manage their front of house.
We’d particularly like to hear from you if you are looking for a varied role where no job is too big or too small!
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Answering and fielding telephone calls
- Arranging appointments, webinars and meetings
- Greeting and welcoming clients
- Ordering office supplies and managing the day-to-day running of the office
- Keeping internal database updated
- Organising post, sending out parcels and taking deliveries
- Making restaurant reservations
- Circulating news articles, downloading fact sheets and reports
- Circulating and fielding research from brokers
- Creating PDF documents, using PowerPoint, printing, scanning
- Processing invoices, credit card reconciliations
- Inbox management (reviewing, deleting and responding)
- Printing and binding board packs for the Partners
- Managing paper trail (shredding and recycling)
- Liaising and working closely with the Executive Assistants
The skills you need to bring:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Confident and proactive approach
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt and problem-solve
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good IT skills
