This is a key role within the Executive Office of a global sporting brand – working closely with a Senior Executive and supporting the Chief Executive.
The Executive Office oversees all elements of the organisation’s operations. Core areas include strategic planning, Board and Shareholder reporting, regulatory and legal matters, and the management of broadcasting rights.
This position is well-suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, bringing first-class organisation and communication skills, a collaborative “can-do” approach, and high levels of accuracy. You’ll need to be comfortable multi-tasking, building strong working relationships, and adapting to a variety of challenges.
The Role:
- Providing proactive day-to-day administrative support to the Chief Executive, including complex diary management and acting as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries
- Preparing, collating and delivering briefing papers and meeting documentation in partnership with the Executive Office team
- Managing correspondence, inbox oversight and drafting responses where required
- Organising national and international travel (including visas) and producing detailed itineraries
- Maintaining efficient filing, archiving and contact database systems
- Processing expenses and invoices
- Organising meetings, agendas, papers and minutes for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborating with the wider Executive Assistant team
- Supporting with high-quality reports, presentations and documentation aligned with brand guidelines, requiring excellent writing, presentation and proofreading skills
Requirements:
- Significant Executive Assistant experience at C-Suite/Board level within high-profile organisations
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Teams, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organisational ability with the capacity to forward-plan, prioritise and adapt under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest standard
- Proven discretion in handling confidential information
- A proactive, flexible and resilient attitude, with strong collaboration skills
- Quick learning ability and excellent interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels
