What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

• Supporting a senior banker (and small team) in busy role!
• Extensive diary management, frequently handling schedule conflicts
• Extensive and often complex global travel arrangements, planning detailed itineraries
• Regular client liaison, coordinating client lunches and events
• Coordinating closing dinners and offsites
• Processing expenses
• Building relationships with a variety of internal/external stakeholders
• Inbox management/gatekeeping
• Ad hoc personal work
• Working in a close-knit collaborative team of EAs
• Can work from home 1 day

The skills you need to bring:

• Solid EA/PA experience, gained from Investment Banking/Private Equity firm, Deal-driven environment advantageous!
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Team player and a sense of humour
• Resilient and positive self-starter
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
