A leading global luxury superbrand is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support to the Managing Director, Middle East. This role is at the heart of the brand’s operations in a vibrant, multicultural region.

You will need to thrive on demonstrating professionalism, discretion and anticipation - enabling the MD to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring every interaction reflects the firm’s values and excellence.

You will act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing his priorities with precision, discretion and a deep sense of responsibility. This role combines strategic coordination with operational excellence.

 What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Providing comprehensive executive and administrative support to the MD
  • Managing a complex calendar, coordinating internal and external meetings across regional and global teams
  • Anticipating priorities, managing scheduling changes and ensuring effective communication flows
  • Organising intricate and evolving travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas and ground transportation
  • Coordinating and overseeing internal events, VIP visits and senior-level meetings with a focus on seamless execution and sustainability
  • Drafting and editing correspondence, presentations and communications with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Handling confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity
  • Managing expense reporting and ensure timely, accurate submissions
  • Acting as a trusted liaison between departments and external partners, ensuring alignment and clarity

 The skills you’ll bring:

 Minimum of 6 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in a multicultural, high-profile setting

  • Fluent French is a bonus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint, and Concur
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, solutions-orientated mindset
  • A calm and composed approach – adaptable and culturally aware
  • Strong sense of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
  • Exceptional organisation, proactivity and attention to detail
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to maintain composure under pressure
