A corporate blue-chip organisation is looking for a self-motivated and highly productive EA to provide administrative guidance and support to 3 in the leadership team.  The culture is inclusive and turnover is low in this highly respected, successful firm.

 What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Proactively planning the leadership’s priorities
  • Building and embedding processes and procedures to enable the team to work fluidly
  • Attending and minuting meetings, becoming the trusted ‘gatekeeper’
  • Forward planning and detailed mapping of a highly demanding diary (business and private)
  • Ensuring 1-2-1 meetings with the Chairman of the Board are scheduled, reviewed and actions taken
  • Drafting agendas and ensuring the C suite  is provided with all materials necessary for meetings
  • Arranging all in person and remote internal and external meetings, including all required AVC for meetings
  • Screening calls and incoming correspondence, drafting responses where appropriate
  • Organising events, lunches and client entertainment
  • Coordinating team meetings, working with the leadership to embed the collaborative and strong team culture within the organisation
  • Booking travel, restaurants, accommodation where necessary
  • Arrangement of invoice approvals and expenses
  • Working collaboratively with all parts of the business, stakeholders and business leaders

The skills you need to bring:

  • EA experience in a high-performing corporate environment
  • Experience of setting up new processes and procedures for the PA function
