A leading financial services firm needs an outstanding EA to deliver the highest-level support to the Group Head of HR

The environment is deadline driven and it’s a very busy time of year – are you ready to hit the ground running in this challenging but rewarding role?

What you’ll be doing day to day: 

  • Acting as primary point of contact for all incoming communications to the office
  • Prioritising extremely busy agendas, managing travel, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handling confidential meeting documents and information with complete discretion
  • Drafting correspondence and producing reports and PowerPoint presentations
  • Arranging complex global meeting schedules
  • Scheduling training events from start to finish
  • Coordinating logistics for annual HR offsites
  • Managing invoices and expenses
  • Participating in weekly HR team meetings
  • Working on HR related special projects
  • Minuting meetings

The skills you’ll need to bring:

  • Experience as an EA, gained from a Professional/Financial Services firm
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Innate understanding of urgency
  • A resourceful and clear-sighted approach
  • Utmost discretion
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Impeccable written English
