Are you an exceptional, business-minded Executive Assistant looking to work in a high-energy and growing, entrepreneurial Venture Capital firm?

Are you dynamic, energetic and ambitious? And do you have the credibility to deal with executives across the business as well as high-profile clients?

Are you also approachable, able to gain instant trust and provide true right-hand support?

This is an exciting and demanding role, with full visibility into all the internal and external work streams in a VC firm.

You will need experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment, but really it is all about the attitude and approach that will ensure your success in this role.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • 1:1 360° business and personal support at C-Suite Level
  • Full inbox management including drafting emails and formal correspondence
  • Full calendar management – scheduling meetings and ensuring perfect coordination and diary alignment amongst partners, founders, investors and other external stakeholders
  • Travel management - end-to-end travel arranging with awareness of time zones
  • Proof-reading sensitive and technical documentation
  • Taking responsibility of operations-related projects from inception to completion
  • Expense & Credit Card management
  • Taking initiative regarding internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Research to support investment work

The skills you need to bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience providing support at C-Suite level in a fast-paced environment
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Demonstrable interest in technology and startups
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in GSuite, MSOffice and AI tools and platforms
  • Understanding of complex schedules over different time zones
  • Organised self-starter with excellent time management skills
  • Confidence to introduce own processes
  • Assertive and confident decision maker
  • A positive mindset and friendly manner
  • Ability to engage easily at all levels
