A leading Investment Management firm is looking for a proactive EA/PA to support an ESG team of 5 – based in London and New York.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, professional EA/PA who would like to combine their financial services experience with an interest in ESG.  (Hybrid working 3/2)

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Complex diary management for the team in London and New York
• Managing and booking global travel
• Coordinating, creating and editing reports, documents and presentations
• Keeping client meeting trackers up to date
• Organising team events
• Creating and printing research packs
• Coordinating conference logistics

The skills you need to bring:

• Experience providing EA/PA support to a busy team, ideally in financial services
• Global mindset: adaptable quick thinking
• Confident communication skills and strong relationship builder
• Genuine interest to work in an inclusive working environment
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Ability to work to deadlines and accommodate last-minute changes
