Do you like being the right hand to someone who has a vast business and is constantly on the go?

Are you a PA / EA and love putting your exacting organisational skills in to play, working as a team in C-suite support?

Do you have exceptional IT skills and the fastest of typing (were talking 80 wpm!) for notetaking during brainstorming meetings!

Are you curious and love getting involved in business, philanthropic and wider world issues?

Do you feel that you’ve been missing intellectual challenge in your role? Are you ready to join this firm swiftly – they need the perfect person on board asap!

Talk to us – we have just the role. Working for a highly respected family office in the West End – you will be given the opportunity to grow and build your EA career.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Acting as a true strategic gatekeeper and ambassador, managing a high-volume inbox and calls
  • Orchestrating an ever-evolving, complex diary; anticipating conflicts, aligning priorities and ensuring the Chairman’s time is deployed to maximum impact
  • Engaging confidently with senior stakeholders, investors and adviser,  building trusted relationships and deepening your understanding of the business
  • Producing impeccably presented documents, reports and board-level presentations
  • Drafting and refining correspondence with clarity, tone awareness and attention to nuance
  • Preparing thoroughly for meetings, collating research, synthesising information and ensuring seamless follow-up
  • Coordinating high-level client entertainment and events with polish and discretion
  • Partnering closely with a collaborative EA team to ensure seamless C-suite support judgement, discretion and precision

The skills you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience supporting at C-suite or Chairman level within a family office or high-calibre boutique environment
  • The intellectual curiosity to understand the “why” behind decisions, not just the “what”
  • The ability to think ahead, prioritise decisively and execute flawlessly under pressure
  • Strong numeracy and forensic attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, articulate, concise and considered
  • Advanced IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems) with speed and accuracy (80 wpm+ typing)
  • Calm judgement, discretion and emotional intelligence in fast-moving situations
  • A team-first, low-ego mindset with the confidence to take ownership
