Are you an experienced proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment where organisation, judgement and discretion are key?

Our client is a charitable foundation; their CEO needs a right hand alongside managing all board matters.

Do you enjoy being at the centre of a busy leadership team, ensuring senior stakeholders are supported and everything runs smoothly behind the scenes?

Are you someone who brings structure, calm and a proactive mindset to complex schedules, meetings and governance processes?

Our client is seeking an exceptional EA to support their CEO and Board. A key role to ensure the smooth running of executive and board activity.

Based in London Bridge. 2 days in the office 3 from home.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Providing proactive executive support
  • Running the company secretariat processes for the board
  • Managing complex diaries, emails and meeting requests
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing agendas
  • Tracking and supporting on projects and follow up actions
  • Preparing presentations, briefing documents and reports
  • Arranging travel, accommodation and itineraries
  • Organising board & committee meetings
  • Preparing and distributing board papers, agendas and minutes
  • Maintaining governance records
  • Supporting trustee recruitment processes and Board member onboarding
  • Building strong relationships with Board members and key stakeholders

The skills you need to bring:

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives
  • Board support
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A confident communicator
  • Discreet, professional and comfortable handling sensitive information
  • Proactive, adaptable and calm under pressure
  • A collaborative team player who can work independently
  • Excellent proven IT skills
