A global investment bank is looking for a 1^st class EA.   You will use your professional experience and sound judgement to provide seamless support (1 yr maternity cover FTC).

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Extensive and complex diary and inbox management, managing conflicting schedules
• Making full preparations for meetings
• Extensive global travel planning, preparing detailed itineraries
• Building internal and external relationships at C-Suite level
• Creating and editing reports and presentations
• Acting as point of contact; coordinating and setting up calls and meetings, always understanding priorities
• Coordinating client hospitality
• Private work with some out of hours support

The skills you need to bring:

• Senior EA experience gained within a Banking firm
• Flawless communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to communicate with senior management and executives
• Superb attention to detail
• Strong MS Office skills
