Are you an experienced EA looking for a role supporting a highly regarded leader and small team?
With a background in financial services, you’ll be up to speed for this one.
Are you a perfectionist with a quick mind and a brilliant organiser with great attention to detail?
Do you thrive when preparing pitch decks, producing graphics, managing guest lists, arranging events, updating systems & CRM? Do you get creative when using Adobe InDesign?
This role is to work for a boutique financial firm located in stunning offices close to Green Park - in office everyday.
If you have languages, that will be a great bonus!
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Acting as right hand to the team
- Maintaining contact information on prospective and existing clients and advisors
- Gathering data from multiple sources
- Producing detailed presentations and marketing material
- Arranging end to end client and industry events including conferences
- Arranging roadshow logistics
- Managing travel arrangements, agendas, expenses
- Creating marketing material for the Capital markets team of 4
- Producing correspondence, recording it in the CRM
- Providing admin support to the team

- In office hours 9.30 – 6.30 Monday – Friday occasional work from home 1 day a week
- Advanced Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Zoom, CRM including Pipedrive or Salesforce), Adobe InDesign
- 2nd language helpful
