Our client is a leading global investment fund based in Dubai, looking for an outstanding Junior Executive Assistant to support the Executive Assistant to the CEO across a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a varied and exciting opportunity offering exposure to senior leadership, private office operations and executive support.

Office based, Monday to Friday 11am – 8pm with flexibility.

What you'll be doing day to day:

  • Supporting the Executive Assistant to the CEO with a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks
  • Assisting with calendar management, scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Supporting inbox management, follow-ups and administrative organisation
  • Preparing documents, trackers, spreadsheets and reports
  • Coordinating travel administration and itinerary preparation
  • Managing digital and physical filing systems
  • Coordinating couriers, deliveries and personal errands
  • Supporting the management of private residences and household operations
  • Liaising with contractors, suppliers, maintenance teams and service providers
  • Coordinating maintenance, repairs, installations and property servicing
  • Obtaining quotations and managing supplier relationships
  • Assisting with personal shopping, gifting and lifestyle-related requests
  • Managing inventories, household items and operational supplies
  • Supporting office operations, facilities and hospitality arrangements
  • Assisting with events, special projects and ad hoc initiatives
  • Following up with vendors and external parties to ensure timely execution and delivery
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion

The skills you need to bring:

  • Previous experience as a PA, EA or Team Assistant in a professional or luxury service environment
  • Strong attention to detail and high standard
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently
  • Proactive and able to anticipate needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A team-player mindset, roll up your sleeves
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Strong MS Office and Outlook skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Excellent verbal and written English
