We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner 1:1 with the Investment Partner of a leading global VC fund. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be a trusted right hand, helping drive strategy, operations, and execution.
What You’ll Do:
Act as the Operating Partner’s strategic partner, managing a complex and ever-changing calendar and inbox
- Coordinate meetings, investor communications, and global travel with precision and discretion
- Own the flow of information - data, decks, and documentation - ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support transactions from start to finish, tracking progress and driving follow-ups
- Serve as a key point of contact for investors, portfolio companies, and internal teams
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree-educated with ~5 years’ experience in a fast-paced EA/PA role (finance, tech, or start-ups a plus)
- Exceptional organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail
- A confident communicator, skilled at handling sensitive, high-level correspondence
- Data- and tech-savvy - comfortable with GSuite, MS Office, Apple products, and Keynote
- Commercially astute, numbers-friendly, and eager to learn the venture capital world
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology and innovation
