Do you have 2 years of experience in a Team Assistant, PA or Business Support role within a professional services sales environment?
Have you managed diaries and scheduled meetings for 3+ colleagues, balancing priorities?
Are you highly organised, capable of working to deadlines while maintaining accuracy?
Are you a confident user of MS Office and a quick learner of new systems?

A dynamic advisory firm is looking for a forward-thinking individual to provide seamless support to their busy business development team?
Role is office based Monday – Thursday, with flexibility to work from home on Friday.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Managing diaries, scheduling internal and external meetings for the BD Team, and organising travel logistics
- Managing and updating the BD Meeting Tracker, ensuring it is kept accurate and up to date at all times
- Inputting meeting data into CRM systems on a timely basis
- Attending BD pipeline meetings to provide support and updates
- Providing a seamless client experience, greeting clients and ensuring they have everything they need
- Utilising knowledge of external meeting venues, developing deep understanding of client and BD team preferences
- Acting as a liaison between the BD and Delivery teams, managing presentation preparation deadlines, meeting coordination and research requirements
- Conducting researching and preparing notes to support BD meetings
- Organising post, couriers, and taxis
- Providing cover for Support team members as needed, with a ‘muck in’ attitude
The skills you need to bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a PA, Team Assistant, or Business Support role within a professional services sales environment
- Superb organisation skills, with a methodical approach and the ability to anticipate needs
- Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience beneficial
- Ability to work at pace in a high-achieving environment
- Natural desire to work to high standards, eagerness to learn and develop
- Flexible with a no task too small approach
