Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to join a high performing Global Corporate Affairs & Communications team to deliver their internal and external communications.  This is a great opportunity to support, learn and grow and you’ll enjoy wide exposure to executive leadership and other teams in the business.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Working closely with the VP of Corporate Affairs and Communications EMEA to implement internal and external communications strategies
  • Leading the compilation of the monthly internal London newsletter, writing intranet articles and working with head office on global initiatives
  • Contributing to investment transaction communications and thought leadership efforts for the business
  • Working with teams across the business to source and develop engaging content for the global intranet
  • Liaising with key portfolio companies to manage issues / crises that may pose a reputational risk to the business
  • Organising external and internal communications events, such as townhalls and flagship events

The skills you need to bring:

  • 3-5 years of internal communications and corporate affairs experience
  • Strong understanding of how to represent a brand and nurture its image successfully
  • Excellent copy writing, editing and proofreading skills and a high attention to detail
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple pieces of work and deadlines
  • Ability to connect easily with stakeholders internally and externally
  • Ability to work across borders, cultures and time zones, adapting communication style in order to operate effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with video editing tools
  • Experience of using social media
  • Self-motivated and collaborative with a desire to be part of a global team
