Are you a bright, dynamic and proactive Team PA who thrives in a fast-paced financial environment
Do you enjoy working closely with senior executives, juggling priorities and being at the heart of a busy, successful team?
Are you a natural team player with excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and a genuine can-do attitude?
If you enjoy taking ownership, thinking on your feet and getting involved wherever needed, we'd love to hear from you!
A successful and growing credit hedge fund is looking for an outstanding Team PA to join its London office. With a flat structure, open-plan trading floor and a refreshingly down-to-earth culture, this is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a close-knit support team.
You'll be working closely with senior Partners and colleagues across the business, including regular contact with the US. This is a hands-on, varied role where no job is too big or too small, and there's real scope to develop your responsibilities as the business grows.
What you'll be doing day-to-day:
- Providing proactive PA and administrative support to senior Partners and the wider team
- Managing busy diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments across international time zones
- Organising internal and external meetings, in person and on Teams
- Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing itineraries
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external queries
- Preparing presentations, correspondence and other business documents
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal databases
- Working closely with colleagues in London and the US
- Supporting the wider business with ad hoc projects and administrative requirements
- Building strong working relationships across the firm and becoming a trusted, go-to member of the team
The skills you need to bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ previous Team PA or Executive Assistant experience, ideally within financial services
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with senior executives
- Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills
- A bright, enthusiastic personality with a strong work ethic
- A proactive, self-starting approach and the ability to work independently
- Flexibility, adaptability and a genuine willingness to get stuck in
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Teams
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage changing priorities
- A positive attitude, great social skills and a genuine team-player mentality
