Personal Assistant, Private Equity – Paris Office (4/1)

50,000 – 55,000 Euros + bonus + benefits |Fluent English/French

A leading international private equity firm is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join its Paris office, supporting senior members of the Investment team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing PA with experience in financial or professional services to join a fast-paced, collaborative and international environment.

This role will suit a proactive, professional and positive PA who takes pleasure in supporting professionals as well as being the central figure of a boutique office – ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Extensive diary management across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating complex international travel, including flights, rail, hotels, cars and detailed itineraries
  • Organising internal and external meetings, venues and catering
  • Preparing and managing monthly expenses using Concur
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and office set-up
  • Supporting internal projects, events and team coordination
  • Managing calls, messages, post and email, identifying and prioritising urgent matters
  • Providing PA cover and detailed handovers when required
  • Supporting the wider team during busy periods and deal activity

The skills you’ll need to bring:

  • PA/EA experience ideally in financial/professional services
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Advanced MS Office
  • Energy and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
