Do you have min 2 years’ Director-level experience in a fast-paced team support role within Financial Services?

Are you proactive, conscientious and highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail?

Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently and professionally at all levels?

A global investment bank is looking for a highly capable Team Assistant/PA to join their IT leadership team in a role that will allow you to develop your skills, while working alongside an experienced Senior Assistant; you will be supporting 4-5 Directors.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Managing diaries – organising meetings, booking rooms, conference calls, dinners and events
  • Acting as gatekeeper for the senior IT team
  • Anticipating diary conflicts and resolving issues in advance
  • Organising hotels and travel arrangements globally, including currency, visas and documentation
  • Preparing itineraries with key information and supporting documents
  • Coordinating regular leadership team meetings
  • Ensuring meetings and events run smoothly – coordinating attendees, assisting with logistics and travel arrangements
  • Building strong working relationships across internal teams and senior management, clients and other PAs
  • Reconciling expenses and claims
  • Liaising with the recruitment team to organise interviews within IT
  • Assisting with organisation of large events and workshops, including Christmas part and off-sites

The skills you need to bring:

  • Min 2 years’ experience as a PA/Team Assistant in Financial Services/Banking
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Keen to learn, knowing when to ask for help and to offer support to the team
  • Quick thinker and “can-do” attitude, excellent time management skills
  • Strong  MS Office skill including advanced PowerPoint and Excel
  • Self-motivated and resilient with positive approach
