EA & Office Manager to Founder

Can you perform calmly and professionally under pressure - liaising with public figures, large corporates, family offices, governments – globally?

This is a pivotal role. You will be running the office (of 10), dealing with every aspect of the founder’s business life and ensure a seamless support to him, and the team.

Office-based, 5 days per week

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Managing complex diaries
  • Running meetings, logistics and schedules across the business
  • Handling travel arrangements, itineraries, and events
  • Running of the office, systems, and suppliers
  • Supporting recruitment processes, interviews and onboarding
  • Managing a digital filing systems and internal documentation
  • Managing events, workshops, and client activity
  • Managing website and social updates
  • Providing broad administrative and operational support
  • Staying one step ahead and keeping everything on track

 The skills you need to bring:

  • EA or Office Manager experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisation and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Clear, confident communication and strong relationship building skills
  • A proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Expert in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and collaboration tools, social media and digital tools
  • Tech savvy
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Discreet, professional and calm under pressure
  • Positive, flexible and happy in a varied role
