This is a pivotal role. You will be running the office (of 10), dealing with every aspect of the founder’s business life and ensure a seamless support to him, and the team.
Office-based, 5 days per week
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Managing complex diaries
- Running meetings, logistics and schedules across the business
- Handling travel arrangements, itineraries, and events
- Running of the office, systems, and suppliers
- Supporting recruitment processes, interviews and onboarding
- Managing a digital filing systems and internal documentation
- Managing events, workshops, and client activity
- Managing website and social updates
- Providing broad administrative and operational support
- Staying one step ahead and keeping everything on track
The skills you need to bring:
- EA or Office Manager experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisation and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Clear, confident communication and strong relationship building skills
- A proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Expert in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and collaboration tools, social media and digital tools
- Tech savvy
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Discreet, professional and calm under pressure
- Positive, flexible and happy in a varied role
