A well-established and growing wealth management firm is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant / Support Team Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the client support function.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

 Support Team Management

  • Manage, mentor and delegate workload across the Support Team
  • Create, review and enhance internal workflows and operational processes
  • Act as the primary liaison with external service providers for queries, developments and system enhancements
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of quarterly investment reports and client documentation
  • Supervise client onboarding and review processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely system updates
  • Coordinate with external PR advisers to produce quarterly newsletters and website content
  • Organise and coordinate internal staff events

Executive Assistant Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the CEO and COO
  • Organise Board and Management meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
  • Ensure effective follow-up on key actions arising from meetings

The skills you need to bring:

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant with some team management responsibilities
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a wealth management firm
  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A professional, client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional internal and external service
  • Approachable, with excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong awareness of the FCA regulatory environment
