Do you bring exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to stay one step ahead of ever-changing priorities?

Are you confident supporting senior leaders operating across multiple time zones, handling complex logistics with calm efficiency?

Our client is seeking an outstanding PA to join a collaborative team supporting senior stakeholders. This is a varied and impactful role, requiring discretion, precision, and the ability to operate at pace. Office-based, Monday to Friday.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Managing complex and fast-moving diaries for senior leaders
  • Coordinating meetings globally, travel, visas, logistics, itineraries
  • Preparing and proofing presentations and correspondence
  • Managing inboxes and information flow, keeping priorities clear and actions on track
  • Processing expenses and monitoring travel-related invoices
  • Key point of contact for internal external stakeholders
  • Supporting leadership meetings, offsites and business events
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion
  • Working closely with the wider EA team to ensure seamless support and coverage
  • Anticipating needs, thinking ahead and helping ensure each day runs smoothly

The skills you need to bring:

  • Experienced PA within a corporate or professional services environment
  • Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong diary and global travel management experience across multiple time zones
  • A confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a consistently high standard of work
  • Calm, adaptable and resilient, with the ability to manage changing priorities under pressure
  • A collaborative team player who is equally comfortable working independently
  • A highly professional approach, with absolute discretion and strong commitment to confidentiality
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint – will be tested by Aldrich & Co.
  • French language skills desirable, though not essential
