For me, a typical day at Aldrich & Co involves managing a fast-paced temp desk, working alongside some of the most well-known companies in the City of London and beyond, scouring our networks for great talent. And what really makes me tick is connecting talented individuals to great companies.
Before Aldrich & Co, I worked in HR for 14 years before starting a family and establishing my own business. I’ve known Aldrich & Co for over 15 years as I was a client before joining in early 2017.
The thing I love most about my job is finding the perfect roles for our candidates.
In a CV, I’m looking for a proven ability to adapt to short-term and temporary roles and deliver to a high standard.
When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me planning holidays, walking my dogs and working out at the gym.
